duties include, but are not limited to:
Develops, implements and maintains an effective production planning systems utilizing flow and constraint manufacturing principles that accommodate changes in customer demand and incorporates various relevant load factors to assure the maximum usage of available labor, tools and equipment capacity; Establishes monthly, weekly and daily production schedules for all parts, controls load factors to ensure optimal usage of available capacity for equipment, tools and labor; Provides materials requirement projections and manufacturing schedules and coordinates with Supply Chain to assure adequate material/powder/chemical flow to support planned production; Prepares production analysis charts, machine and labor forecasts, follows up daily and weekly to compare actual versus scheduled production and adjusts schedules as needed; Takes action as needed to eliminate delays and assure adherence to production and customer shipping commitments; Communicates with customers to respond to inquiries and provide updates on shipping commitments; Participates in on-going continuous improvement activities to improve the planning systems and organization.
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field strongly preferred. 5-7 years related experience in customer relations, planning, logistics or manufacturing operations preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
